**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes. **Duties:** - Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support - Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider - Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation - Monitor and report changes in client's health status - Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members **Skills:** - Experience in hospice care and memory care is preferred - Proficiency in taking vital signs and administering basic medical care - Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation - Experience with tube feeding and managing medical records - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor Joining our team as a Home Health Aide offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
